I shifted the culture from ticket-taking to Spec-Driven Development — rigorous PRDs, tech specs, and traceability that make AI a multiplier instead of a liability.

Launched 2 new iOS apps that lifted overall MAU by 30%. Designed Delivery Executive SDKs enabling third-party integrations at 1 Lakh+ DAU. Established the Clean Architecture / MVVM patterns that made the later KMP migration possible.
Built production-grade location tracking with modern Foreground Service compliance — cutting battery drain 15% while improving last-mile connectivity 30%. Lifted crash-free sessions from 90.5% to 98.5% over 12 months.
Led a 6-engineer team building a B2B commerce platform from concept to market. Scaled the MVP to 4,000+ users and integrated 3 Point-of-Sale systems into a unified payment layer.
